    Saudi Arabia has three Major Telecom Networks STC (Sawa), Mobily and Zain. Mobily Sim Card is available Free of cost on Delhi and Mumbai Airport and Hajis have to collect it themselves by giving them Visa and Passport copies.     Saudi Government issues Umrah visa every year between 1st Rabul Awwal and 30th Shaban. We are authorized service provider for Umrah visas & Packages for minimum 15 days to maximum 28 days. We provide this service to Individual families & also Tour operators can contact us for Umrah visas in competitive rates.

    New Laws of Umrah 1438 H:

    Indian Passport with Minimum 6 month validity.

    6 photograph size 6 cm by 4 cm - white back ground.

    As per the notice of the Royal Consulate General Of Saudi Arabia, Mumbai the procedure duration of endorsement of Umrah visa will take 10-15 working days.

    Terms and Conditions.

    • - Single Gent must be above 40 years of age.
    • - Below 40 years males and females should be accompanied by Mehram and family relationship must be proved on the passports or either by any original document for example Nikahnama, Additional passport etc...
    • - Male Child below 17 years should be accompanied with a Male Mehram and Child above 17 years should be accompanied by Female Mehram.
    • - Ladies cannot travel Alone without a Mehram.

    For Indians holding Foreign Passports.
    Any person who is Indian by Origin but is holding a Foreign Passport must provide is OCI (Overseas citizenship of India) or PIO (Person of Indian Origin Card) card to get his visa stamped from INDIA.

  • 9.   Will I receive a confirmation for my booking?

    Yes. You will receive an email and SMS confirmation along with the hotel voucher on the email ID entered at the time of booking. Soft copies of the hotel voucher received on your mobile will also be accepted by your hotel in case you are unable to carry a physical print out.

  • 10.   After I entered my payment details and submitted the transaction I get a message stating ‘Session Expired’, the payment was deducted however I did not get a ticket?

    The online booking system is of a dynamic nature and the fares are sold out every minute, due to this a slight difference in time between availability and submission can result into unavailability of fares. However, our customer service representatives will contact you to either confirm the booking or refund the same.

    The fare rules are available online while you make the booking; alternatively you can also call our support team for the same.

  • 13.   What documents are termed as valid and are required for your travel?

    While travelling the following documents will be required: International Travel Copy of the e-ticket. Passport and valid Visa in case of foreign trips. Domestic Travel Government issued valid photo identification like passport, pan card or Aadhar card for Indian Nationals. Foreign nationals have to hold a valid passport.

  • 14.  Can I travel by my self or travel with a group packages?

    One may travel on their own or in a group of any number of people - the only requirement is that all your accommodation and visa must be arranged through an approved agent.

  • 15.   What if cancel after booking?

    Payment is required in full prior to visa authorisation application-this is a requirement by the Ministry of Hajj.Refunds on the ground arrangements portion of the payment cannot be given.Depending on the ticket type we may be able to refund the ticket after deducting the cancellation charge as par the airlines rules. if the ticket has not yet been issued then there will be no cancellation charge.

  • 16.   Can I change the programme once I have booked?

    No, this is no longer possible as payment for your package is sent to the Ministry of Hajj prior to visa authorisation application and the visa is issued according to the programme.

  • 17.   What are the charges for chidren and infant?

    If the requires a bed or a seat in the transportation then full adult charge is considered, else if 2 young children share one bed they pay 50% of the adult rate plus a service charge.If no bed/seat are required then they pay just the service/visa charge.Airlines typically charge 65-70%of the adult fare for children plus taxes and 10% for infants.

  • 18.   How much time period is required between booking and date of travel?

    An absolute minimum of 10 days must be given to allow for visa authorisation, visa processing and necessary accommodation, flight reservations and confirmations.

  • 19.   What if, I face problem after arrivel in Saudi Arabia ?

    In case of problem with the accommodation/transportation-booked, we will issue you with an emergency contact numbers that you should contect in the first instance. Otherwise you may us by phone or fax here in UK and we will do our best to resolve your problem ASAP.

  • 20.   Can I select a hotel of my choice?

    You may choose from any hotel from any our wide selection of hotels ranging, from 5 star deluxe to 2 star ecomomy hotels-subject to availability.

  • 21.   Can I get visa wiyhout booking accommodation?

    No, this is longer possible and is against the law in Saudi Arabia. Accommodation must be booked and paid through the agent.

  • 22.   What if I am unhappy with the package?

    In the first instance, you get in touch with our service provider whilst in Saudi Arabia so that the problem may be resolved immediately, otherwise you may get in touch with us and we will endeavour to investigate and resolve the problem.Atlast, if nothing works out then the Ministry of Hajj can also investigate your complaint.

  • 24.   how do i travel test

    The Saudi Arabia Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) offers an hourly service between Makkah and Madina throughout the day by air conditioned coaches, at an approximate cost of £ 19 return. Altematively you can hire a cab for approximately £ 120 one way. the coach sattions are located near the Haram(behind Dar Al Tawhid Intercontinental).

  • 27.   How many times in a year can I get an umrah visa?

    Under the new system there are no restrictions on the number of times that you can apply for an umrah visa as long as the criteria for umrah visa is met.

    It is ement of theequirement of the shariah as well as the Saudi goverment thata women must travel with a valid mahram (close male relative) i,e. father, son, brother, grandson, maternal, or paternal uncle, grandfather, nephew,, father-in law and son-in law.

    Earliest hotel check-in time is 5pm, and the latest check-out time is also 2pm. we cannot be held liable for accommodation not being available beyond these times. If a flight is arriving earlier than the check-in time on the day of arrival, we advise that accommodation is also booked for the night prior..
